BIONIC WINES TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Effective Date: May 8, 2026

Welcome to Bionic Wines. By using our website or placing an order with us, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. We’ve done our best to keep this readable, straightforward, and free from unnecessary legal smoke.

Ordering Wine

By placing an order, you authorize Bionic Wines to arrange shipment through a licensed common carrier, such as UPS, to the delivery address you provide.

Federal law requires that wine purchasers and recipients be at least 21 years of age. By placing an order, you certify under penalty of perjury that both you and the recipient are 21 or older.

A valid adult signature and government-issued ID are required upon delivery.

Wish List Requests

Being a small production winery, not all the wines will be available to everyone. That’s where the Wish List comes in.

Wish List requests are reviewed after the close of an online offering and are available exclusively to customers who participated in the current release. If additional bottles become available, they’ll be added to your existing order and charged to the payment method on file.

By submitting a Wish List request, you authorize Bionic Wines to charge your card for any wines successfully added to your order.

A Wish List is not a guarantee, but rather a place to raise your hand and let us know what you’re still dreaming about. Sometimes the cellar answers back.

Shipping

Wine is alive in its own way, and it doesn’t particularly enjoy sitting in a hot truck.

To protect the wines we produce, we carefully manage shipping methods and timing to reduce exposure to extreme temperatures. Ground shipping may only be available in regions within a safe delivery window, while expedited options may be offered where appropriate.

Whenever possible, we strongly recommend shipping to a business address. We’ve found that commercial deliveries are typically completed earlier in the day and are less likely to miss delivery attempts.

Even if you select “Pick Up” for your order, a valid legal shipping address is still required to complete the purchase.

If wines are not collected during the designated pickup window, we will ship the order to the primary shipping address within your profile and charge any applicable shipping fees and state taxes.

Delivery

All wine sales take place in Oregon, and ownership transfers to the purchaser at the time the sale is completed.

By purchasing wine from Bionic Wines, you acknowledge that you are responsible for complying with the laws regarding alcohol shipment and receipt in your state or locality. We make no representation regarding the legality of shipping wine into jurisdictions outside Oregon or outside the United States.

Certain states may restrict or prohibit direct wine shipments, and we reserve the right to decline shipments where required by law.

Delivery requires:

An adult recipient age 21+
A valid government-issued ID
A signature upon delivery

UPS has updated its wine delivery procedures. If a recipient is unavailable during the first delivery attempt, eligible shipments may be redirected to a nearby UPS Access Point for pickup. In areas where Access Point service is unavailable, UPS will generally make up to three delivery attempts before returning the shipment.

To help protect wine quality, shipments may occasionally be delayed during periods of extreme heat or cold. Wine prefers a stable climate.

If your shipment arrives damaged, incomplete, or otherwise compromised, please contact us within 30 days of the delivery date so we can help make it right.

Returns & Satisfaction

We stand behind every bottle we produce and want you to feel confident ordering from us.

If something isn’t right with your order, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at (509) 526-0686. We’ll work with you directly to resolve the issue as fairly and thoughtfully as possible.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment whenever possible.

Please allow 1–2 billing cycles for credits to appear, depending on your financial institution. In some situations, refunds may be issued by mailed check after verification of mailing information.

Website & Account Use

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate account and shipping information when placing orders or maintaining an account with us.

To update your information, log in to your account and edit your profile details. Keeping your information current helps ensure smooth deliveries, accurate communications, and fewer headaches for everyone involved.

Availability & Errors

Wine allocations, vintages, pricing, and availability are subject to change without notice.

While we do our best to keep everything accurate and up to date, occasional errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct pricing, inventory, or typographical mistakes and to cancel or adjust orders affected by those errors.

Rare bottles occasionally behave like rare bottles.

Bionic Wines does not guarantee that:

Drink Responsibly

Wine is meant to be enjoyed thoughtfully, generously, and responsibly.

Excessive or irresponsible alcohol consumption can have serious personal, social, and health consequences. We are committed to responsible communication around our wines and do not encourage excessive consumption or misuse of alcohol in any form.

We also support thoughtful, transparent, and responsible standards for wine marketing across the industry.

Good wine should leave memories, not collateral damage.
